A clear agreement.

The service

RioPlex Websites is offered by Crocker Technology Group, LLC dba IT Umbrella Group. The plan includes one mobile-friendly informational page, hosting and HTTPS, basic onsite SEO, contact links, and printable website QR starter cards. We confirm business details and request your approval before official publication.

Price and renewals

$19 one-time setup plus $19 for the first month, then $19 each month until canceled, plus applicable tax. Billing begins at checkout. No search ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue guarantee is included. Your preview is not a promise of owner endorsement.

Changes and scope

Initial setup includes correcting factual errors and minor customization of the prepared one-page design. The monthly plan includes one small update request taking up to 15 minutes; unused time does not roll over. New pages, extensive rewriting, commerce, booking, custom applications, paid advertising, and ongoing SEO campaigns require a separate quote.

Domain names

One available, non-premium standard domain with registration and renewal cost up to $15 per year is included while the subscription is active. Higher-cost domains need a separate agreement. We confirm availability before registration and use you as the registrant. You may instead use a RioPlex business URL or connect your existing domain.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals; hosting continues through the paid period and then ends. Setup and elapsed service charges are not automatically refunded. Any refund or statutory rights required by applicable law still apply. You can request a copy of your approved static site files and assistance transferring an included domain. Domain renewal after cancellation is your responsibility; a RioPlex business URL remains part of RioPlex’s domain.

Your content and approval

You confirm that you may represent the business and have permission to use supplied text and images. AI industry illustrations are labeled and must not be presented as actual products, work, staff, or premises. We work with you to replace or approve imagery and information.
